New Years Resolutions
Sandhya Borra
I always believed that one need not wait till the beginning of the year to start something good. It was more like a new beginning to me rather than a new year. However time turned around and before I realized, I had let umpteen chances come knock on my door and go unnoticed. I had to make resolutions. What better time than new years, since it is right round the corner!. It is better to put the thoughts out there , that way I have the feeling of a commitment towards the new resolutions. Swell Idea…!
So here goes:
1. Go to Muay Thai at least once every week.
2. Gym for 4 days a week
3. Get my tennis skills tuned and gear up those wasted arm muscles
4. Pursue happiness
Thats it.
Short? Ah well – the bottomline is good health for the body and mind. What more wealth than that?
Pursuing happiness requires a change in expectations, adjustments to lifestyle that do not hamper inner peace.
Note to self: Do one good deed every day.
